Event timings
15.00 - 80min vinyasa yoga
16.20 - 40min mindful meditation
Obviously the sun will shine on us and the class will be outside on the grass (fingers crossed). But if it's rainy and horrid, there's lots of room inside the hall for us. Please arrive with time to get comfy and settle into your mat space for the start at 3pm. If you don't have a mat I have some you can hire.
