Extended Classes
Vinyasa, Yin and
Mindful Meditation

These classes are 2 hours and run over the winter from October to March, 10am-12pm.

 

Vinyasa is a modern dynamic style of yoga. This section of class will be flowing and playful. 60 mins.

​

 

Yin is very gentle. Poses are held for 2-3 minutes. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are used so the body can be totally comfortable and relaxed during poses. 40 mins.

An extended savansana, yeay! Enjoy having time to really allow your body and mind to sink in and be still. 20 mins

​

£19 or 2 squares from a 10 class pass

Useful information

​

These are held at Brixton Community Centre. Map and address on the classes page.

There is free parking available at the community centre and on the road outside.

The community centre has toilets and drinking water but no showers. 

​

If you have bolsters, cushions or a blanket - please bring for yin.

 

Bring a blanket or something warm for mindful meditation.

​

​

Don't forget your yoga mat. If you don't have one, don't worry as I have some lovely ones that your can hire.
