60 minute vinyasa

30 minute yin

30 minute savasana

It's winter time so we will be cosy inside for this class.

If you have bolsters and cushions, please bring them for yin. Bring a blanket so you can get snuggled up for savasana.

Please arrive with time to get comfy and settle into your mat space for the start at 3pm.

If you don't have a mat I have some you can hire.
