I am an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
I learnt to teach yoga so I would always have a class I would like to go to and because it just makes me feel better!
I mainly teach vinyasa which is a modern, dynamic style of yoga, and as I’m a Physio, flows and poses to help with injuries or to avoid injury often find there way into the class.
My classes are creative, fun and engaging. I have been teaching for many years now and haven’t ever taught the same class.
My class is super friendly and has all types of people and levels in it.
If you feel that you want to challenge yourself, pack in lots of poses, feel stronger, more flexible and calmer, my class is right for you.
Yoga is non competitive, it's fine if you aren't super bendy, in fact it's almost better because then your yoga journey can be longer and more fulfilling!
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor.
