Yoga for Medical Conditions
This online course is a series of 6 classes and 6 homework sessions. Aim to complete session 1 twice in the first week and then progress to session 2 in the second week and so on. The corresponding home work sessions should be completed daily. To allow you to access the classes and homework whenever you want, the video's are provided on a subscription. You should aim to spread the course over 6-8 weeks (2 months subscription of £30 per month) to allow your body time to adjust and build up with the progressive classes.
